I need to know the inside diameter & thread pitch of the clutch/ kicker gear nut. Mine came loose & messed up threads on crankshaft. I know it is a LH thread, & believe it to be a 10mm. Trying to see if I can get a die to attempt to fix threads.

I am having the same issue with my sons bike. The kick start gear comes off after only a few hours of riding. Did you come up with a solution for it backing off?

May be a silly question but where is the clutch house bearing ? it the clutch housing the round cylinder that the clutch pads sit in when the bike gives the clutch expands and hits the housing and the housing turns the gears but the bearing is where it slides inn the shaft take ur housing off snap it out with a hammer and screw driver. But the only problem is is you can't buy the bearing you have to but new clutch housing and a new primary gear because there honed together that's what the rep told me said if you get just a new clutch housing that it could mess the gear up from them not being the same so I order it all about six weeks ago still waiting on it to come in idk
