I bought a 2001 KTM Jr Adventure with the S5-GS engine. It needs a clutch, otherwise it seems to run fine.
It has a weird type of clutch I have never seen. It is a disc type clutch that according to internet research was only on a couple of the latest KTM 50 model's with the Morini engine. There is a picture of one if you go to "morinifrancousa.com/model.htm" then look about halfway down where it says "disc clutch".
I can't find a replacement for this type of clutch. The crankshaft is not splined. It looks like the 2-shoe type clutch is a splined design so I do not think this would be an option.
Does anyone know if there is a clutch conversion I could do or if the newer 3 shoe clutch will fit? Or if anyone is still selling this disc type clutch that I have?

hy there
i can't find the picture you meen on"morinifrancousa.com/model.html". I think you have a tomar or similar disc clutch. i have also one (a Dominator) and i search some pictires, manuals, part etc. its hard to get some informationes....
But there is a three shoe clutch kit for the morini s5 engine. its a bit better then the original 2 shoe clutch. just the engadge rpm are higher by the 3 shoe clutch.
