Hi I am after some info on the ignition system on my s5n engine, I would like to know what is involved in converting the points and condenser system over to an electronic system? Is a bolt on system available? Thanks

hi sorry my english is not the best, so when i understand you right, you will change the ignitionsystem on your s5 from a system whit condenser an breaker to a electronic system? if yes, then you will need fot zhe original ignition: www.mopedarmy.com/forums/file.php/2/47861/1277821955_magflywheel_50cc.jpgthe ignitioncoil / the flywheel / the groundplate and a smal wedge to fix the position of the flywheel on the crankshaft or you will take a high performance igniton like this on the morinifrancousa.com side: www.morinifrancousa.com/performance/morini-s5-ignition-442.jpgits simple the mount the igniton. and al the parts you will get it on the morini page or ebay or by ktm dealers (the old ktm sx 50 had the morini engine) regrads

hy
yes the first link ist the stanart ignition of the s5 engines. you get the parts on ebay. or ask by a ktm dealer, the older ktm 50 bikes (before 2002 more or less) had also the morini s5 engines. i buy the most parts in ebay...
or take a look at google....lol
but attention, the coil and the flywheel from the s6 engine is not compatible with the s5 engine.
regards and keep the rubberside down

Don't waste your time or money on those Ebay china copy S5 coil. Been there and done that. bad bad bad quality and zero customer support. Best way to solve any coil, flywheel or ignition type problem for the older Morini Franco S5 is to buy the Black Dragon ignition kit. I put it on my bike and it runs great with such a better low end torque its like a whole new bike. rotate the throttle and the bike thrusts forward like ever before. I seen them for sale on the www.moriniFranceUSA.com site but also on www.BlackDragonIgnition.com

I have a sx 50 ( please excuse me as i am a little naive when it comes to 2 strokes ) im figuring the the engine is a S5-GS type. I have just bought this bike and have discovered that the flywheel was loose on the crank so not firing correctly. Are you able to explain to me how to set the flywheel for correct timing and also would it be a better option to just purchase the black dragon ignition for this engine and is it a simple change over from old setup ? thanks for your time...

Does anyone know where I can find the most updated newly licensed opportunities with this law office? I have already tried Latest Law Jobs nevertheless their job postings do not disclose the full name of the law firm. There are a lot of newly certified associate jobs available and yet the issue is that the majority of these roles are over recruitment agents that do not reveal the law firm names. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

Hi, I manage a small online vape company called losliquidos.com and I am thinking about expanding into wholesale. My approach is to pretty much just reach out to all the vape companies from all over the world with wholesale proposal. I am trying to make a decision whether it is better value for money and more effective to scrape my very own vape shop leads using the Search Engine Scraper by Creative Bear Tech (https://creativebeartech.com) or simply purchase an off-the-shelf vape shop database from The Eliquid Boutique (https://theeliquidboutique.co.uk). I would be most thankful if anybody could advise as I need the best leads I can get. Thanks you

Hello I have a 1996 Ktm sxr, I recently bought it. I noticed after taking the flywheel cover, the the fly wheel is bent and welded to the crank shaft. Is the S5 engine parts interchangeable? I'm pretty sure my engine is a S5N. I've spent many hours trying to find a replacement crank shaft, or replacement engine. Is anyone knowledgeable with the 96 sxr? Almost impossible to find parts, that's what has me asking these questions. The engine has compression, just a shame the fly wheel is bent. Any info I will appreciate, thnx.
